FAQ
What can I expect with my delivery?
Spots are limited and booked on a first come first serve basis. Once your deposit is made and the package selected, someone from our team will reach out within 48 hours to schedule your install. For special requests or dates, please email us at porchsidepumpkins@gmail.com.

Not sure what package is best for you?
We invite you to submit pictures of your space. Jana can make suggestions based on your unique needs and requests! You can email porchsidepumpkins@gmail.com

When do deliveries begin?
Pumpkin delivery dates will be offered from September 15th - October 20th. You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery. Your setup will take place on your front porch unless otherwise noted and arranged prior to install. We do our best to accommodate your preference but cannot guarantee exact dates. Dates are first come first serve within our install weeks.

Do I need to pay when I order?
We require a minimum 25% deposit to reserve your order and book your install. We accept credit cards, cash or checks. If you wish to pay by cash or check, or opt to pay a deposit to reserve, please email us. Once payment is received, your install date will be booked!

Do you have a delivery zone?
Porchside services the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky areas. Delivery is free to these areas. If you are outside of these areas, we cannot deliver at this time. For special request, please email porchsidepumpkins@gmail.com. ​

Do you only offer pumpkins?
We offer mums, hay bales, and grand pumpkins to add to pumpkin packages based on available inventory. We also offer pumpkin carving kits! These items are also featured as add-on options when purchased with a pumpkin package. We do not deliver these items individually or separate from your package selection.

What to expect for the End of Season Pick-Up?
Our end of season pickups are limited and booked on first come, first serve basis. Customers that have selected end-of-season pickup will have their pumpkins removed between November 1st- November 10th. When your order is placed, we will reach out to set up your install and pickup date. You do not need to be home at the time of your pickup. We do not pick up decaying pumpkins. Only uncarved pumpkins and hay will be removed. We request you dispose of any carved or decaying pumpkins.

We look forward to creating more opportunities through front porch design, event displays as well as business and retail design. If you have a special request, please reach out to us!

How should I care for my pumpkins?
We are delivering fresh-from-the-patch pumpkins. With that, our pumpkins will have irregularities in shape, size, and color. We do our best to provide the highest quality but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins. Cayenne pepper sprinkled lightly tends to help keep the critters away.

What is your Refund Policy?
All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, please email us. transfers must be used within the season and do not roll over to the following year.
